She is a professor and the Director of the Hel Marine Station under the Institute of Oceanography at the University of Gdansk. He also has extensive business management experience having owned and operated a commercial business for the last 9 years. Together they realized they could use their wide-range of experience with dogs, along with their business ownership and management skills to open a facility that reflects their passion, love and care for dogs.
