Thank you for your interest in joining us here at Party Dog.

Below is our pre-screening form. This is the first step to having your dog accepting into our pack. The information below provides us with basic information to get started. We must make sure that your dog is a good fit for our pack and we for you.
We do not have any breed restrictions, however, we can not accept any aggressive behaviors toward dogs or people, extreme anxiety issues, or excessive behavioral issues, regardless of breed into daycare. For the safety of our pack and staff, we will not be accepting any dogs with past aggression issues or older unsocialized dogs. If your dog has minor issues, please fill out the form and explain. Some issues can be improved with daycare and/or training. Dogs with excessive behavioral issues would be required to go through training and get approval from our trainer prior to beginning daycare.
Once we have received your form, we will contact you to set up a tour if requested, and your dog’s evaluation day. We will send you all the instructions, answer any questions, and send you a link to set up your online account at that time.

Dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, bordetella, and must have a negative fecal test within the last year. Dogs must also be current on flea and tick prevention and in good health.
Females must be spayed after 6 months.
Intact males are allowed unless they are exhibiting signs of dominating behaviors or excessive marking.
All boarding dogs will be required to pass our evaluation and attend daycare prior to boarding acceptance.
